I see a lot of ppl saying Brad isn't worth 3 mill. And I don't believe he is at this point. I do believe we could have kept him for less than that. But all these schools that are overpaying are getting the coaches they want. Hate to say it but that's just the game now. Coaches are not paid what they are worth, they are paid what desperate to win schools will give them. I guess Holder just isn't desperate yet? In college athletic you can't be cheap. Holder running this place like it supposed to make money. College sports doesn't make money. More you make more you spend.
