It seems to be (yet) another lying to Congress crime. Would love to see the Mueller standard applied to others who lied to Congress. Clinton, Clapper, Comey.
Weird how the people keep lying to the FBI and Congress and suborning perjury and witness tampering. Probably just a coincidence.
Not really weird or a coincidence when you consider that the investigation itself is what is creating the perjury trap(s).

Maybe he can also explain how another lying to congress criminal is the subject of a pre-dawn tactical FBI raid while Clapper, Comey etc. seem to have no such worries.

You would have to ask some one in the Trump DOJ why they aren't indicting Clapper and Comey.

the term vietnam vet is a loose and vague term. If you didn't serve or appear in vietnam you shouldn't be slinging that phrase around. The guys who did serve would cut your nuts off for just saying that. He knows that. It gives it more punch when you say your a vietnam vet as technically anyone who served in that time frame is essentially a vietnam vet even if you served in the post office in mayberry, rfd. He knows this and was using that phrase to increase his credibility. Which makes him a double loser. He's part of the club but the club is not part of him. I will also say that the media probably took this too far as well but he knew what he was putting out there.

Agreed. Don't mistake my points to be that I'm defending the actions of Manafort, Cohen or even Stone. I'm just tired of seeing lying to congress only being a thing if it happens in conjunction with the Meuller project.
Maybe they do. How is that in any way unique to the recent parade of losers who lied to congress? *Ford? Comey? Clapper? Difference is they weren't part of the Meuller investigation (so far).

I don't think that is clear at all. There are other explanations. She made a mistake. She had the wrong guy but really believed it to be him. She was telling the truth and it was Brett who committed perjury.
As to the others, just because you believe they perjured themselves does not make it so. Mueller is only indicting individuals where he has corroborating proof of perjury (emails, texts, multiple witnesses etc). You want Comey indicted perjury, get an investigator to prove it happened. Should be easy with Trump as POTUS. He's in charge of the DOJ. Since it isn't happening, your perceived perjury might be about as real as Seth Rich being the Gucifer.
