He is also is out on bail and can travel between South Florida, DC and NY. Thank God they raided his house guns blazing and that CNN was there to capture it all.

I'll take the over on 14 days of prison.
That’s the look of a man whose future book sales went up today
Have you guys even read the indictment?
Trump campaign, Russians and collusion are spelled out pretty well in it.
It also mentions a radio host being somehow involved, wonder who that is?
Weird how the people keep lying to the FBI and Congress and suborning perjury and witness tampering. Probably just a coincidence.

and the witness tampering traps. Not really weird or a coincidence when you consider that the investigation itself is what is creating the perjury trap(s).
@CowboyJD can you share with us some tricks of the trade and tell us the process you wily prosecutors use to set a suborning perjury trap or witness tampering trap?
Deer lowered.Good question, smartass.
Maybe he can also explain how another lying to congress criminal is the subject of a pre-dawn tactical FBI raid while Clapper, Comey etc. seem to have no such worries.
Interesting that he was taken down like he was Pablo Escobar for CNN's cameras and now he's walking free and will be on Tucker tonight.
You would have to ask some one in the Trump DOJ why they aren't indicting Clapper and Comey.Good question, smartass.

Just tell the truth in the first place.
the term vietnam vet is a loose and vague term. If you didn't serve or appear in vietnam you shouldn't be slinging that phrase around. The guys who did serve would cut your nuts off for just saying that. He knows that. It gives it more punch when you say your a vietnam vet as technically anyone who served in that time frame is essentially a vietnam vet even if you served in the post office in mayberry, rfd. He knows this and was using that phrase to increase his credibility. Which makes him a double loser. He's part of the club but the club is not part of him. I will also say that the media probably took this too far as well but he knew what he was putting out there. You would have to ask some one in the Trump DOJ why they aren't indicting Clapper and Comey.
But hey lets get back to more important things, remember when that Indian wasn't a Vietnam Vet? That was something huh?

Trying to think who is in charge of Federal law enforcement.I couldn't agree more. Equal application of the law would be nice though.
Can you check for me?

Well have a little faith and don't rush the monkey then.Gotta let the warm up act finish their gig.

Which begs the question: why not just... not perjure themselves?

It is almost as if they have something to hide. Maybe.

but she pretty clearly lied to congress without penalty.
We talkin bout lying to the FBI? Lyin to the FBI? That's it?
Mueller is only indicting individuals where he has corroborating proof of perjury (emails, texts, multiple witnesses etc).
Local man stumbles up on concept of proof.Exactly my point. Thank you.
Unless that exists in the Mueller universe, you can lie your ass off to congress without fear of penalty.
