Nick - Seeded 8th finished 4th, only lost to Gilman the #1 wrestler. Wrestled well, not sure if he would have done better as the 7 seed but not going to complain about an 8 seed finishing 4th. Excited about his future.

Kaid - Seeded third finished 5th. Had a good season, Will only get better, will need to with Gross being young as well.

Dean- In the finals tonight, smart wrestler. One more year!

AC- Seeded #2 went 1-2. Not the way you wanted to finish your carrier. Hate it for him.

Jojo - Seeded 5th got 4th. Hard season for him with injuries, still out performed his seed. Wish he could RS a year.

C. Rogers Seeded 9th finished 5th. Only losses were to the #1 and #2 seeded wrestlers. Another young guy that is fun to watch.

K. Crutchmer - Seeded 7th, finished 7th. Came back to avenge his first round upset loss. Didn't make his path easy but gutted it out. Overall good weekend of wrestling from him.

N. Boyd - Seeded 4th finished 6th. Seemed flat.

P Weigal - Seeded 6th finished 6th. If he learned just a little offense he'd be amazing. Such a good rider, his first round match was typical. 0-0 going into the third, he's on top and ended up winning 7-0 because you just cant escape him.

A. Schafer - seeded 6th, DNP and went 1-2. If you are going to wrestle a smaller HWY he better be tough as nails as Snyder. Just a bad weight for us and nothing against how Schafer wrestled, its like Dean trying to escape from Preston. Not fair.

Overall we had 3 wrestlers finish above their seeds, 4 finish below (two didn't AA), 2 finished exactly to their seed, and one yet to be determined.

Really proud of Rogers and Pic for how well they did. Kyle showed tremendous heart to fight back after the first round upset.

Let's go Dean!!!!

I think something was wrong with Schaefer because he has handled big guys before who had way better records than his opponents at Nationals. Could be wrong.

Rodgers went for the kill every match. He was trying to Bonus win ever match. I love watching him

I agree osudog...
Chandler had a great tournament. He left it all out on the mat every match. His round two pin over West Virginia was huge. Proud of him. I expect big things from him in the future.

What's crazy is he put both the #1 and #2 ranked guys on their back with a big move and both times landed just inches out of bounds.

He has a very bright future.
