In my opinion more excellent news with nearly all the ranked choice voting amendments failing and the the Alaska RCV amendment too close to call right now for being repealed. But is in the affirmative for being repealed at 51% for to 49% against currently.

I'm not so sure we don't have RCV here in Tulsa. How did we end up with 2 Dems in the finals? I voted for KK in the finals only because she was the least liberal of the two. I need to move out of Tulsa before S... hits the fan!

That sounds like an Open Primary rather than Ranked Choice. In an Open primary, all the candidates of all parties are primaried together in one vote and the top two vote getters go on to the final election regardless of party affiliation.
