I would think most sane people would think knowingly passing on STD should be illegal and would want to keep kids off of porn sites but I'm not a leftist. Maybe leftist think passing on STDs is a right and kids should have access to porn.
I thought knowingly passing an STD was universally illegalized. As to age verification for porn, how does this get enforced against a website based in Eastern Europe, Central Asia, or some such other semi-lawless locale?

My theory is that they won’t be willing to do this and the free tube sites’ traffic will dry up and they’ll go under, which is perhaps one of the goals of the legislation. Nevertheless, I don’t see how Oklahoma can force a site in Pornistan to verify the ages of its visitors. Wouldn’t service providers need to be involved to block the sites from the state?

Some are concerned with what "recklessly" means in the context of HPV transmission since medical records reflect high rates of infection with there being no symptoms.

Yup. Service providers "traffic shape" every packet on their networks down to each individual user. This is trivial for them to do. Service providers could easily provide easy to use control dashboards and monitoring for parents on their minor childrens' connections.
