I do like how the Republicans took away the preloaded talking point of "11 old white men questioning a sexual assault victim." Bringing in the sex crime prosecutor who has spent years working for victims of sexual assault was like the MOAB in Afghanistan. Nothing could be done but watch it slowly parachute in and annihilate everything.

Yeah, Ford's group wore their strategy on their sleeves with their issue with outside counsel questioning Ford. I had no idea any of those geezers had a spine.

"This is not a criminal trial for which the involvement of an experienced sex crimes prosecutor would be appropriate," the letter from Ford's lawyer, Michael Bromwich, said. "Neither Dr. Blasey Ford nor Judge Kavanaugh is on trial. The goal should be to develop the relevant facts, not try a case."
Bromwich also wrote that using outside counsel to perform questioning on the senators' behalf would go against Ford's "repeated requests through counsel that senators conduct the questioning."
"The central point is that there is no precedent for this Committee to bring in outside counsel for the sole purpose of shielding the members of the Committee from performing their responsibility to question witnesses," Bromwich said.
My 2 cents still wants a full and fair investigation that includes prosecution of Ford? How about investigation of the Dem Senators that were her handlers? Think Mueller could get Ford to flip on Fenstein?

If that's Trump mocking Ford, then the Democrats made a mockery out of Ford and Ford made a mockery out of herself. Trump was simply rehashing what Ford has said. Was there anything factually wrong in his remarks?
