Let me help you out...

Country's file sanctions against one another all the time. Doesn't even make the news. What you mean to say is complete, total economic embargo between a country and a considerable amount of their trading partners.

And regarding a declaration of war, Iran declares war against the United States every couple years. Pretty sure we're currently at war already with them right now.

Well, if you see message boards as what they are...the modern-day bar, then it is all entertainment and just good fun.
