NPR

At one time NPR was a decent broadcasting network, now it's just a Democrat propaganda outlet funded by a government 35 trillion in debt. Time to take the federal dollars out of it and let it sink or swim on it's own.

But if it failed then SNL would lose it's script basis and we no longer would have conversations with guys like Pete Schweddy.

I remember listening to audio versions of the LOTR, Hitchhikers Guide and Star Wars on Npr back in the day.

Also every Sunday night was the Dr Demento show.

like anything the federal government is involved in when it comes to "news," they should be shut down or run like OETA. Its ridiculous things so grossly & obviously biased should exist on tax money & like Amtrack, the postal service they should go private or get buried. The nostalgia with what was back when, versus what is now baffles me & whatever purpose they had back when.

Their mission statement is thus
"NPR's mission is to work in partnership with member stations to create a more informed public — one challenged and invigorated by a deeper understanding and appreciation of events, ideas, and cultures."

They do none of that unless you're a pinko, left-winged communist, american hating bedwetter. Where can you find an unbiased opinion when it is 87 libcomdems vs 0 conservatives.

New NPR CEO has a BA in Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies from NYU (per LinkedIn profile). Let that sink in.

The moles are being planted everywhere.

a mole would indicate an element of cover which is not the case

neither is this ceo a plant

when you start asking the right questions
you realize the ccp/dnc is now the vichy french and left

been jammed in the keister no where to go

couple that with court cases which have
“the man” coming down

and you can see the narrative being painted and shifted

Retaliation now.....how wonderful. Even more reason to shoot this organization in the head.

In presenting Berliner's suspension Thursday afternoon, the organization told the editor he had failed to secure its approval for outside work for other news outlets, as is required of NPR journalists. It called the letter a "final warning," saying Berliner would be fired if he violated NPR's policy again. Berliner is a dues-paying member of NPR's newsroom union but says he is not appealing the punishment.

I’m sure Fox News journalists can op-ed moonlight about Fox News without repercussion….yes?

Probably not. But you have to admit Bearcat's comment above your is 100% accurate.

As is the vice versa. See Harvard dean’s resignation.

We don’t need Harvard as an example. The “mean girls clique” on this board is all the evidence you need. But that doesn’t make Bearcat’s observation any less relevant. It seems to be a two way street.
