While I agree I do not want any more wars, we disagree on defense spending. In my view every dollar spent on defense keeps us out of wars. The problem we have is a corrupt government that pushes other corrupt governments into wars.

We’ve virtually been in perpetual war since Korea, so I don’t know how you think the trillions we’ve spent has kept any peace. But you’re right that we’ve instigated most of the dustups.

I'm more referring to wars like WWI, WWII where losing would mean the end of the United States. No disrespect to those that have served.
