Lying to Congress is a crime, right? Since it is and no one is above the law, both Hunter and James Biden should be charged and prosecuted. Fauci needs to be referred as well.
Under federal law (18 U.S.C. Section 1001), it is a crime to “knowingly and willfully” conceal something from or make a false statement to Congress — punishable with up to five years in prison.

Ok. Three House Republicans believe Hunter Biden broke the law and now it is up to the DOJ to investigate and determine if he did. The DOJ should investigate and determine if any crimes have been committed.

However, just because three members of Congress claims he broke the law doesn't mean he did break the law. Hunter Biden isn't automatically charged and convicted based on Comer, Jordan, and Smith's claim. The legal process still has to be followed, correct @2012Bearcat?
