What are the realistic expectations for a Grade A hire to accomplish at OSU?
I think the job is worth whatever Baylor pays, whatever West Virginia pays, whatever Oklahoma pays and at least 50% of whatever Kansas pays.
I expect to win 10-13 Big 12 games in average seasons. I expect to win the conference at least once a decade. I expect to make the NCAA's 90% of the time, and at least 4 Sweet 16's a decade.
