I also agree that it is universal, but I'll argue that the US Constitution IRS not protect people in other countries that are not US Citizens or legal aliens.
I have no problem with peaceful protests, its allowed by the constitution, but when it goes violent or destructive it defeats becomes a crime. But, how can President Trump threaten Cal - Berkeley? The University , despite complaints and protests was going to let him speak, it was only when it became a security issue was it cancelled.

Pretty obvious. From the mayor down, the riot was allowed and excused as it went on for hours. They are lucky nobody got killed this time.
Okay Maga, I've booted up and started through the LIVE UPDATES!! of the breitbart article that Frank posted. I got a few entries in and kind of gave up -- I can't see a wide open riot, although there's a BOA lobby that was plainly damaged. I didn't see anyone gassed per the photo (A chick has her eye closed.) or the guy knocked out in the video (watched a minute in). 3 minutes I'll never get back. Every time. Its on me though, I know better.
I am against crime, tearing up everyone's property (but BOA's) (kidding), hitting people, (not really kidding about BOA) obstructing traffic, riots, arson, mayhem, refusing to turn right on red and making me wait, applying makeup on the road, etc. All of it. No matter who does it. That blanket condemnation lasts until Easter and I'll re-evaluate based on Biff's conduct.
But why am I supposed to defend everyone that hates Trump? That's an awfully big tent to defend. I have to defend teenagers and college kids? I guess I would respond with, they're doing far, far, far less damage than Biff does on a daily basis. While their actions aren't justified, the outrage is. That's why I have my very own running thread about how awful Biff is, so that you don't have to listen to me bitch about it.

That's my best shot. If anybody hurt people or tore up property they should be prosecuted, regardless of the subjective motivation.
PS I've been around the Bay area. It's a dynamic, intellectual and creative hub of the world now. It's also the thievingest place I've ever been. It's not that way everywhere in California or the west coast, but they'll steal the whiskers off your chin around San Fran and Oakland.

Fair enough, but there is an organizational aspect to this that I don't think you are addressing. These same thugs show up everywhere all the time now to stir shit up, intimidate people, tie up traffic and destroy private and public property. Compare these "protests" to the women's march. Plenty to mock and lampoon from the women's march, but other than littering, they didn't destroy property and physically assault people.
These anarchists are not random. They are organized at least loosely, and they are violently oppressing free speech. It's something any American should be able to acknowledge.

I'll tell you what is provable. O'Keefe has video of people conspiring to disrupt the inauguration and to stop subway trains from delivering people. He delivered that video to the Secret Service and the FBI. If he was trying to bribe someone to commit violent acts so he could get a story I doubt he'd turn over the evidence you say convicts him.
