He was wrong...but is this really a lie to get worked up over? I see this as not looking it up rather than a lie.

When I think of political lies, I think of, “if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor” and “Americans will save $2500 annually on healthcare”.
Those are lies. Did he have any like those?
Something he could’ve researched on his phone for 5 maybe 10 minutes before he spoke out isn’t a lie? How much leeway does this guy get?
He lied from Day 1 about the size of his inauguration compared to said president. He’s had plenty of whoppers.

The fact that you’re concerned about what I say compared to your POTUS is
1) a bit triggered, and obsessive, and,

A lie requires an intent to deceive. A mistake of fact is just that: a mistake. Those are two very different things.
That said, the dude makes a lot of mistakes. And occasionally lies, in my opinion.
The fact that you come to this board trying to act like you know what you are talking about, consistently get called on it, then run away like a wounded puppy with your tail between your legs brings me great enjoyment.
