I don't know enough about AI to know what is or isn't but what I do know is I prefer US domination of it rather than the Chinese. You can feel free to support Chinese domination if you like.
Why does one "country" have to be dominant? Why can't the competition for the best and most affordable product decide dominance, with shifts occurring almost daily as competitors vie to gain market share.
Some of us are not naïve Dan. While I'm leery of US control, I have no doubt Chinese control would be abused and used against us.
In what way do you anticipate being abused by the Chinese government if the USA government doesn't have world-wide control of AI? In what way do you think you'll be protected if the USA government has world-wide control of AI?
Who do you trust to have a better interests of the US, China or the US? Like I said I'm not familiar with AI but I don't trust the Chinese with anything.
