1) Slept with Mayor Brown, getting paid $120k to be on a committee that met once a month, to fund her run for DA. Literally screwed her way into her career as a politician.

When she says she loves families ask Willie's ex-wife how much she supports families.

2) She left 5000 non-violent prisoners in jail longer than state SC and local courts felt was justified due to overcrowding, and did so because the state could use the free labor working to clear forested areas. And she didn't hide from it at the time.

“Extending 2-for-1 credits to all minimum custody inmates at this time would severely impact fire camp participation — a dangerous outcome while California is in the middle of a difficult fire season and severe drought,” lawyers from Harris’s office wrote in a filing.

3) She held evidence back about a drug lab technician that would have allowed 600 defendants their due process, and their convictions were later overturned.

4) Do some research on the "Moonlight Fire" case, and then let me know how she'd, as President, view any DOJ investigation into any action by the Executive Branch. This one case alone is terrifying.

5) She left Daniel Larsen in jail for life after a judge ordered his release (his lawyer sucked and didn't identify or investigate 3 key witnesses who provided an alibi). She appealed the decision because the new legal team missed a filing deadline. This is worse than the hit and run story. His crime was supposedly carrying a knife (he had priors).

6) As DA she put 1500 people in jail for pot then cackled when asked if she'd ever used it.

Kamala Harris has shown a demonstrated track record of abusing power...this hit and run story doesn't tell us anything about how'd she'd govern like her track record does. It wouldn't move the needle at all.
