IMO Congressman should have the same restraints placed on them that are placed on a President. Put their investment money into a blind trust and have them manage the money. With far more Congressman being private businesspeople like Trump was makes it a little more complicated than just moving money into a blind trust. Not sure how you would move a business into a blind trust to manage.
