Appreciate the compliments men...but Been Jammin did not answer my question- which is his perogative......does not he worry about being sued for recommending the experimental shot to his employees when it Does not help in transmission to nor fro the covid Fauci gain of
Function virus? But 6k dead and scores of thousands of adverse effects have already happened ....AND only 1-10 percent of actual cases are reported to VAERS

You don't have to answer the question that is your right. As for what I'm accusing you of, I'm asking you if you are not worried about getting sued for being in a position of power and highly recommending that your employees get an experimental shot? That is a legitimate question.

And as for calling me a psychopath, you're the one taking experimental shots and recommending them to your employees over a virusWith a 99.9+ percent survival rate. Are you sure you don't want to reassess who the psychopath is?

Why would I be worried about recommending (but not requiring) that my employees get a vaccine that has already been given to over 70% of citizens over the age of 25? Your question is silly.

How in the hell is recommending something cause for a law suit? We have a 4 person show in our company that is family owned. The only person not family is also not vaccinated. We have no problem with it and we don't even make her wear a mask.

I also recommend that she please wear cloths to work and is one time. Will I get sued for that since making her arrive on time might cause stress in here life?

Ha! Been practicing law for over 30 years. Solo for about 25. I fire clients far more often than I lose them (and even then, it’s more of a relief than a disappointment). I guess I’m just not as desperate as you are, seeing as how you’re willing to jeopardize what you believe to be the safety of yourself, your employees, and your other patrons to hang on to a customer that you apparently don’t even like. You should probably keep those “dumb and poor” stones in your pocket. You’re in no position to be casting them.

Same clients came back in today.

Cases are on the rise again in Texas. Many hospitals are out of ICU beds and the Guv asked hospitals to stop performing elective procedures in order to keep beds open for Covid patients. We have a sign on the door stating that masks are required. All of my employees are vaccinated, but some have young kids, and are worried about taking Delta home to them. The practice is too small to make any kind of social distancing possible. Some local practices have gone back to only offering curbside service, but I'm not willing to do that at this time.

Clients arrived. Ignored sign on door, and entered maskless. Receptionist kindly asks them to please don masks and gives them a box of surgical masks. They ask her if she is from Texas, and she tells them that she moved here from California 9 months ago. They begin deriding her about CA politics and liberals and mask/vaccinations. She puts them in an exam room and tells them that she is going to send her supervisor in to talk to them.

My Practice Manager (who has young kids) goes into the room and tells them that if they want any other employees to enter the room, they are going to need to don masks. Husband gets in her face and starts screaming at her. They yank the dog out of the room and head for the front door, slamming doors and screaming at everyone along the way. They tell the receptionist that she needs to go back to California and call her a liberal asshole. On the way out, he informs us that he will be contacting his lawyer and coming after us. After they exit, my Practice Manager locks the front door behind them. About 1 minute later he comes back and tries to reenter. He then stands outside the front door, rattling it and screaming obscenities and ordering my employees to let him back in. Eventually, he gives up and they leave. My receptionist was literally in tears over the way they treated her.

SMH. Just ridiculous, sad, and somewhat comical. Such snowflakes.

PS: That guy seems like a nut job. Here’s a little script you can use next time (I’m pretty sure there will be a next time):

“Your behavior is unacceptable in this office and causes discomfort, if not threat of physical harm, to our other clients and our employees. Do not ever come back here. If you return, the police will be called to remove you.”

Be sure to deliver this message yourself, and not through some underling. And be sure to follow through if he does return.
