He's wants people to blame the Russians for the Dem crap show that was the last election, cast doubts on Trumps being legit and if it causes problems for Trump with the Russians down the road so much the better.
Until Obama shows actual proof---not some appointee's (Brennan) "word" that it happened---it's all for show. Has about as much validity as "you can keep your doctor".
