Kind of reminds me of the UN/US allowing Saddam to use helicopters after the first gulf war...ostensibly for humanitarian missions for Iraqi troops. But really to massacre the revolting Shias in the south. Very few of these people know how to head trouble off at the pass, they just know how to kiss ass and react after something HAS already become a problem.
What? I thought smart diplomacy would have our new friends using their new billions to improve infrastructure and not buying weapons or funding terrorism, at least according to the Ketchup Gigolo.

You would think after 7 years this administration would have matured beyond its initial Polyanna naivety but this Iran deal is just concrete evidence they haven't learned a thing.
