Oh, I see. You can claim a right to exist after you start a war, but only if you don't declare it to be a war. That must explain why Russia calls its war with Ukraine a Special Military Operation. Otherwise the Bearcat Doctrine concludes Russia no longer has a right to exist. And the second portion says you can continue to have a right to exist only as long as you win the war you have or have not declared. You should write all this down and present your conclusions to the UN! Oh, and as a side note: Vietnam *did* defeat the US. Do you not remember the helter-skelter bugout? So should we assume you think Israel has a right to exist, but the US (which, ironically, is the only reason Israel continues to exist) has lost that right?
