Lol. Your naivity is amazing. If Gaza is walled off from Israel, who do they trade with? Iran? Egypt doesn't want to deal with them. Turkey wants no part of them. Syria? Gaza would be the next Yemen, and Palestinian 'civilians' (you know those innocents who want nothing more than love and peace in the world) would be even worse off.
Speculation is offshore Gaza is sitting on upwards of $1 trillion worth of oil. This leads some people, myself included, to think access to the oil is one of Israel’s main motives for getting rid of the Gazans and taking the oil revenue for itself, just like it thinks it should be in charge of everything from the river to the sea. But if Gaza has access to the oil I don’t think they would face any shortage of trading partners. They very well could become more prosperous than Israel. So, no, I don’t think I’m being overly naive.
I wouldn't say proud but I'm not ashamed of it either. Hitler targeted civilians all throughout the war with the full support of the German people. I'm not going to feel bad for the people of Dresden when they get a first hand lesson on what they supported.
Regarding Nagasaki & Hiroshima. Estimates were the US would lose a million men if it invaded Japan to force the Japanese to surrender. Japan knew they were losing the war yet the refused to surrender. They made the decision to continue fighting, they are responsible for the huge loss of life of their own citizens.
Yet for some reason the Palestinians have done nothing to develop their offshore oil. Instead the build tunnels/missiles and buy arms to attack Israel. Strange isn't it. Almost like the Palestinians care more about killing Israelis than they do building themselves a prosperous life.

Israel has a naval blockade to keep the Palestinians from obtaining more military hardware than what the already smuggle in. If the Palestinians were intent on developing the oil fields there would be an international effort to make it happen. haven't heard a peep about that.
I'm sure the ever benevolent Hamas who does such a great job providing for their citizens now would be in humanitarian overdrive if they had access to a trillion dollars.

The court just had something come down from the hague just ruled they had to prevent genocide, but not a cease fire.
