I do not care about political correctness, environments I have worked in have been so competitive I have always hired the best person for the job. What people do after hours I could give a shit about, that means about anything as long as they were high performers at work. But IMO as boss you have to carry yourself in a manner in which the department is never embarrassed to work for you, that includes your personal life. Fortune 500 environment I was in male managers failed to see how cheating on their wife made every woman that worked for
you distrust you and caused huge problems in your ability to manage and succeed.
