A certain Someone will say no probably but others will say yes that are as close as you can be to Him so not trying to start a fight so just going to leave it at that. Wish we could have landed him . He is more than a workout partner

I was told he was ours to lose. He had an offer and some thought he was a OSU lock.
He had an offer but likely wasn’t much money and it’s a crowded weight. I’m biased and love his upside but understand the hesitancy on both sides.
That sounds more like it. Recruiting is tough to figure out. Sometimes I think the great family is an intangible that is occasionally overlooked.
If you want me to I will agree you’re an asshole . I wasn’t going to say it until you wanted me toI mean if you're realistic you kinda have to agree with the asshole part.
2026 Flo top 100 wrestlers only has 2 Oklahoma kids on the list Joseph Jeter ranked 38th and he is currently at 138 pounds and Isaiah Jones rated 73 and is currently a 120. Lots of out of staters who could be recruited such as number 1 Jax Forrest a 126, number 2 Bo Bassett at 138, Colby Merrill rated 8th at 220, Michael Mocco rated 9th at 220 and Moses Mendoza rated 30th and listed at 126. 2026 could be a good year and these are just a few possible recruits that with my limited knowledge listed.

Yes several in town. Coach Smith very optimistic on them and is really excited for the short term future and the addition of Coleman.
Because he had no weight he could make the team at for 3-4 years they didn’t need him sometimes it just falls that way
Kody Routledge took an official to Mizzou. They are trying to start a pipeline -- already have Steed, Walker & Roller.
Willie has Routledge as a 4 star, #30 overall in 2025.

Who were the recruits in this weekend? No reason to argue about if they are a "top" recruit or not and just say the names.
Guess Merrill was one as he is the highest ranked uncommitted guy in the 2024 Class.
Flo big board has him 73rd. That’s without wrestling the season with broken wrist.
@leecothran has the info and can share if wants to but I don’t want to share it as it came to me from him and don’t know if there would be any reason to keep it quiet.
I would guess Merrill also for 2024 and I would guess Lockett for 2025 but he can visit anytime probably. These seem to be the most important recruits for 2024 and 2025.
Probably because they do not want to end up with Top Secret Documents next to their corvette in the garage like the person they voted for!!!!! No reason other than to make themself feel more important because they know something we do not.
Finally got Lee to respond to my private message. He says Gable Stevenson was on campus last weekend just to confirm he wants to spend his last year here. Lee says things went great & expect an announcement soon.
