Yeah, Holder never overturned convictions of courts as AG like Barr and Trumpy have. He also never attacked or criticized publicly the Justice Department he oversaw nor the FBI or Intelligence community either.

Trump followed Hitler’s playbook to perfection. Attack the news media as the enemy of the people. Create his version of events and the truth broadcast to all via Twitter full of outright lies. Attack institutions of government to discredit them, IIntelligence community, Justice Department, the two other branches of government, courts etc. Lie incessantly telling people to only believe what he says despite overwhelming evidence he’s full of crap. Probably the most damning is his discrediting disease specialists because he doesn’t like what they were implying about the orange man’s “leadership” of the Pandemic as they sounded alarms about the spread and mounting deaths.
Distanced our country from allies and reached out to sworn enemies even asking Putin to spy on Hillary. Leveraging the Ukraine to investigate and find dirt on Biden’s son or our aide would not happen.

Fauci has been so wrong so often that he should be kicked to the curb. He seldom if ever backs up his "advice du jour" with facts. But here is the most damning fact: Back in late January, he advised Trump that the virus was no big deal and was against closing the travel from China!! Do you have any idea how bad it would be right now if Trump didn't ignore that fatal advice from Yoda Fauci?!! It may have been cataclysmic. As late as March 8th, Fauci said it was ok to go on a cruise!! WTF!!! That's your esteemed disease specialist?

After WWI, the Germans had an ineffectual liberal republic that had strict gun control, limited private business and even tore down statues of the Kaiser to ‘rid’ them of their imperial past. Since when were the Nazi's conservatives? They were anything but as they preached socialism much like the left today. An overarching government pulling all the levers. Conservatives, by and large, want a small government with lots of freedom. Liberal are the exact opposite. They want government to be your Daddy. They want, insist actually, to control most aspects of your life because we're too stupid and deplorable to make those decisions without their sage advice and wisdom. That is Nazi like. I've been pondering how to respond to your question from the other day. It was a question that came from a good place.
I came up with a response I liked, but now that more time (and more track record) has shown itself in this thread, I kinda just feel like "I rest my case" is sufficient.
"Honest question" thread had good intentions, but people's closed-off biases and agendas crept in masquerading as settled truth. And here we are....in the dumpster fire of 24/7.
Just to knit pick, I suggest that the state enforced burning 6 million Jews was a RADICAL departure from conserving the German, Polish or any other culture just prior to Hitler gaining power.
