Leaving subways open and forcing nursing homes to accept Covid positives should land him in jail. Media praises him though.

David Allen, you are completely correct on re-admitting patients returning to their NH but Cuomo also made those NH admit new covid infected patients.
There is NO excuse for sending infected people to NHs when there were plenty of makeshift hospitals setting empty in NYC. It looks like Newsom is going to kill off more elderly in California as he has signed a similar order.
