It will be interesting to see how Disney dances around that considering their legal battle with DeSantis. For the record, I think both lawsuits have merit.
Gina has a case and X has interest as well. Disney did not handle that situation very well at all and it was fairly public. She will be able to show damages as well. Lots of evidence against Disney. I expect them to settle, but there are fans that want Gina's character back. From what Gina was saying she sounded open to returning. I don't think they will under current management though.
