Ah I was not meaning that tribes declare class III games class II but replace them with class II. As I pointed out this would be extremely cheap on the tribe. Also many of the class III games on the floor can be converted with a simple software change. Additionally class II games today look and feel like class III. The patron most likely wouldn’t even notice the change.
