From a report I heard today Biden had classified documents from his time as a Senator? Senators are not allowed to take classified documents out of secure locations much less take them home with them. The only way those documents get into Biden's home is if he took them there, which is illegal.
Hell no wonder the Chinese, Russians and ever other nation out there has American technology and national secrets. The dumb asses in Washington treat classified documents like they do newspapers.
