Even in today’s dollars $60 is a ridiculous price for any Bible, especially an obsolete translation like the King James Version. Also those of us who believe the Bill of Rights requires separation of church and state probably don’t want the Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights under the same cover as the Bible. But if this book is your type of thing, by all means you do you.
Have you bought a nice bible lately? Even been in a Christian store? $60 is right in the middle between soft-back study bibles ($30ish) and leather-back classic nightstand bibles ($80+).
I've been in them but probably wouldn't buy there. Cokesbury has pew-style bibles for sale online for $15-$30 with nicer leather bibles a bit more expensive (but less than $80 or even $60).
I would add that buying the Bible that Trump is pushing doesn't even do him a lot of good frankly because Lee Greenwood is pocketing the first $50 he was getting before Trump got involved with hawking this particular Bible.
I don't think Trump got involved with this to raise money, I think he did this to attempt to curry favor with evangelicals.
