Their minds have been programmed to only view the world and politics through identity thinking. It has been this way since 2010? It is all they know. EVERYTHING, every policy decision, no matter what it is related to. Has to be ran through some unidentified inclusion/equity/racial/gender calculator that no one has quantified that has no basis in factual data or gender or color blindness. The right answer all too often is the campus professor leftist with the most extreme math that ignores all common sense.
That is why all the stupid decisions that looks like we are trying to destroy ourselves from within happen.
I have no idea how to re-program these people, you should not and it will not happen. They have to do it. They need to be all replaced at our schools, at our local government, at the state government level, the federal level, in our companies, in our board rooms, and in the HR departments.
They need to find something else to expend their hate on, hateful people that hide behind meaningless degrees that does not allow to them to think and solve one problem.
I have a Master's degree I earned in 1985 in Accounting, I respect education. But these Libs have all of these useless degrees with all this debt that they believe makes them smarter than people in the fly over states that may not have a degree, but these are the people building this country with their minds and their hands and they make our manufacturing companies sing. They have more common sense and a wider base of knowledge than these smug libs with their useless degrees. The people that is volunteering and rebuilding North Carolina? They are the people from the fly over states that can problem solve, fix, and repair things with their hands. And they have more compassion than these smug libs because all these smug degreed libs think about is themselves, their victimhood, their next social cause to force upon someone.
