Dave, that means f all. I'm going to say it again, there is no way you jeopardize Googles Chinese business by giving the Chinese people a portal to the 'not govt sanctioned'web. That govt wouldn't work with you if you did, I know, I shopped my shop over there. I know the type of cooperation involved. I wouldn't be surprised if Perspective was built at the behest of the Chinese.

Perspective is a free service for moderators of content. It requires a site owner integrate it into their stack. Your lack of understanding is not surprising if you aren't knowledgeable on the tech side, just maybe get some advice from someone you trust before you go any further out on that limb...
On a side note - shopping your shop not even close to running a world wide tech biz. Not an insult, rather a suggestion that you think a bit more about the underlying biz models of the gang of four (Apple, Google, Amazon, Facebook). Each has a unique approach very different than what most people have experienced.

You've never mentioned the censorship for the Germans. That's a democracy my man. Your company decided cash was worth more than free speech in a democracy. Is it a stretch for any logical person to foresee Google making the same decision against our democracy? They seem extraordinarily willing to use those tools.
