I'm not trying to pile on but this is just wild. To see PSU be this impenetrable ship for a decade and then have this much happen in weeks is unreal.
To me, and I know this board may disagree, but this is not PSU. This is a Brooks issue. Once is a mistake. Twice is a trend. I cannot condone it. He is 16 months removed from PSU and he is a grown ass man. He needs to take responsibilty for his actions. I say that as an American. Own it and do better.

Is that an acceptable thought process to blame it on PSU? No of course not. Judge a person by the content of their character and not by their associations.
Stuff like this happens probably more often than not, in D1 programs. A few years ago Daton “accidentally” took contraband. It may or may not have been intentional, Daton is a good egg, but I was always a bit doubtful of his explanation.
I mean apples to oranges. Doping is something directly related to what he does as a member of the NWLC.
I’m not saying Cael forced him to dope. My point is so much has happened with the program lately it seems pretty clear Cael isn’t exactly running a tight ship.
I will never blame the program unless I see habitual transgressions. I don't see that here any more than in Fix's situation.

You can't infer that. If you could, then what does it say about John Smith with Fix and Klimara? I don't blame Smith and OSU for those positives. Why blame PSU and NLWC for this? Stop the automatic attack on PSU. It goes both ways. I'm trying to have a reasonable conversation. Grown ass men need to take responsibility for mistakes.
I absolutely think it reflected poorly on John and our program when Fix popped. That doesn’t mean Fix wasn’t a grown man who was ultimately responsible.
In the past few weeks the NLWC has had an athlete charged with a sex crime, another accused of sex crimes and theft and another popped for a banned substance. You think it’s out of line for non-PSU homers to wonder what the hell is going on up there? If that happened at OSU I would be extremely worried.

lol. This is not on PSU. This is squarely on NLWC though, where he is still a member. Last year it was a missed "Prescription". This year it is not. PSU fans somehow distancing from Snyder, Carter, and Brooks suddenly after they did what they did reeks of hypocrisy.
As far as I know, CS has never been under contract with NLWC. Nor has he been accused of any sex crimes. Where are the police reports? Innuendo is not good enough. I'm willing to meet you in the middle but not if you're going to troll me. Let's just agree that CS has issues. To what extent no one knows.

If as much happened to our program in the past month I would be extremely concerned with the leadership.
I’m not sure what I’m saying that is so out of bounds and offensive. It’s a terrible look. Is it more than that? No idea but from anyone not a PSU homer it looks really, really bad.

I wouldn’t take it too personal. PSU has been nothing but a united front for so many years and now we are seeing cracks in the facade. Of course we are going to have fun going to have fun at their expense. Just we have fun at Iowa’s expense…every day. They’re just too easy of a target.
I view AB popping positive the same way I view Daton popping positive. It’s a f-up that falls on him. These guys are grown men responsible for what goes in their bodies. I’m not gonna throw the whole program under the bus until it’s proven to be a systematic problem. Is this timing great for PSU? Not at all. But AB juicing doesn’t correlate at all to the Bartlett-Starocci stuff imo.

I don't take it personally at all. AB needs to own his misdeeds. Same as anyone else.
As far as you know isn't very far. Do you know what accused means? Do you know what innuendo means? Those are rhetorical questions (you'll probably need to look up what rhetorical means as well).

You were not honest. There were credible accusations made. You said CS wasn't accused of sex crimes. That's a lie. There were specific claims made by multiple sources. You said it was only innuendo. That's a lie.
