The only thing he's still being vague about is the "a government that works for everyone" bit. What he actually wants is "a government that everyone works for." He was actually pretty close to it in that interview since he finally stopped denying his desire to have government control of our private institutions.

If you sign a piece of paper admitting you are incapable of participating in a merit based economy you should get a basic income, a medical marijuana card and government health care. You also should get a tracking microchip and some sort of marking so the rest of us can see what you have admitted. Let’s wash our hands of these losers and actually invest in working poor who want to compete.
