This one of those deals where there is no good guy here. The police went wayyy over board w their force. Take the guy to the ground and hold him. No need for multiple punches to the face. That said, the guy is a typical POS who thinks he’s better than the law. They asked him about 10 times to sit in the corner and not only did he not comply, he basically openly mocked them. His friend followed directions immediately and nothing happened. I don’t understand the thought process of not following a cops orders and being disrespectful. Almost like he wanted something like that to happen. Still doesn’t deserve a broken face, but come on.
I’m getting so old and cranky.

What is reasonable in this scenario? Broken eye socket? Maybe break some ribs (won't show but he'd feel it every breath for a couple of weeks), slice a hammy (punk won't be able to run away next time)...
I avert my eyes and grovel everytime I see a cop, and they never beat or shoot me. Maybe the youths can learn from my example.

Why does there have to be a reasonable outcome to an unreasonable action? When you put the ball into someone else’s court by doing something you know is wrong you don’t get to dictate their reaction.

If I would have gotten my face stomped in or killed even, it would have been no one’s fault but my own. You liberals don’t see outside your ideals.
