You do know that both Mueller’s team and Flynn’s Attorney asked for and agreed to the continuance, right? It wasn’t imposed by the judge.

That runs counter to the narrative that this is a bad thing for the prosecution and that the judge is going to dismiss.

The most likely scenario is that Flynn’s plea requires he cooperate with the investigation and provide information and they are still getting information from him. He continues to provide requested information and Mueller comes in and says he cooperated fully.

I don’t know who that Schweikart guy is, but he’s pretty obviously never been involved as a lawyer in a criminal prosecution before based upon that analysis.

Just my .02 as someone that has been so involved 100s (maybe 1000s) of times in the past 28 years.

Also, the stuff you listed in this post started out thin and is getting thinner. We'll see how much of it sticks and how much of that means jack shit in the original scope of meuller's mandate.

I'm on record as saying Flynn's plea will be reversed and the case against him will be dismissed by the mid-term elections. pretty easy to hold me to that. what can you go on record and predict from that thin list above? anything?
