Another Flynn sentencing delay.

You do know that both Mueller’s team and Flynn’s Attorney asked for and agreed to the continuance, right? It wasn’t imposed by the judge.
That runs counter to the narrative that this is a bad thing for the prosecution and that the judge is going to dismiss.
The most likely scenario is that Flynn’s plea requires he cooperate with the investigation and provide information and they are still getting information from him. He continues to provide requested information and Mueller comes in and says he cooperated fully.
I don’t know who that Schweikart guy is, but he’s pretty obviously never been involved as a lawyer in a criminal prosecution before based upon that analysis.
Just my .02 as someone that has been so involved 100s (maybe 1000s) of times in the past 28 years.

So Flynn's Attorney is doing what’s best for the prosecution? If that’s the case why would the defense cooperate?
Because his plea agreement calls for full cooperation. That plea agreement also likely includes only charging a single count rather than multiple ones they otherwise might proceed with if the plea agreement was rescinded.
Fully cooperating with providing information to the prosecution is in his best interests.
