Your example aside, globalism (aka New World Order) actually is a thing. So it's not even a conspiracy theory any more.

That doesn't make idea of our national leaders plotting for the last 25 years to create a totalitarian world government called the "New World Order" while simultaneously giving away their plan during the state of the union address and other speeches any less of a conspiracy theory.
