1. We won. It's all that matters in this game. Northern f*king Illinois just went to South Bend and beat Notre Dame. ND thought they were NC contenders last week no they feel like crap. Winning when you don't play your best is what good teams do and it's very difficult. Ark may or may not beat some teams in the SEC but if we are 12-1 with a big 12 title loss or maybe even 11-2 nobody is gonna care how we won this game because it won't matter. We won and it's a big win for our program.

2. I liked ARK defensive gameplan. While we have good receivers we don't have any blow off the top WRs. So load the box and and make is throw short. It worked then we finally adjusted and starting running to the outside.

3. Defensively we looked completely out of place the 1st half. Then we looked a lot better the 2nd half. DL played much better the 2nd half. Losing Oliver blows. We weren't ready to play Spencer 0.5 in the first half either and he ran for almost a hundred yards.

4. Turnovers- this clearly won us the game. Good teams don't turn it over (unforced).

5. That was defensive offsides!!!

Send this joke of a hire back to D-II where he belongs.

If you live in DFW, and want to see one of the best QBs of the future, turn to the Allen-Duncanville and watch Duncanville QB Ja’Quinden Jackson. He has two rushing TDs - including a 92-yarder - and an incredible TD pass after a scramble that has Duncanville up 35-14 over Allen at halftime. The kid is magical, and he’s just a junior.

I got a chance to see him play last year when he was a sophomore when I covered a couple of Duncanville games for the DMN and I said back then that he was special. He’s making Allen’s defense look average.

Was he okay on the final play? He didn’t get up initially and was laying on his back while the team started running across the field in excitement.

We had a tough time this last weekend. How are we going to move much bigger guys?

The bottom of the B12 is… bad

And we still won in spite of being screwed out of winning in regulation by the officiating crew and giving up way over 600 yards to the piglets.

The only thing I can take away from that is that I will need to go on meds to avoid a heart attack if I keep watching this team
