Video of SpaceX launch and recovery this morning. Say what you want about Elon but there is no denying his genius.

College Football "luck" rankings

BYU appears to be in a similar position to last year's OSU team. Don't appear to be very good statistically, but according to this have gotten some breaks to swing games and may not be as good as their #13 ranking suggests. Also could be a reason that Vegas hasn't bought in on them.

Comments by Sankey recently

I've studied it a little bit and I come back to, I don't want to dumb down the Southeastern Conference to be a part of some super league notion with 70 teams that some people speculate would happen," Sankey said on the "Triple Option podcast," hosted by Urban Meyer and Mark Ingram. "They want to be us and that's on them to figure it out, not on me to bring myself back to earth."

While it ticks me off (the arrogant SOB) I can’t say I disagree with his assessment.
The issue is schools like OSU and many, many others have made their bed over the last 75 years and now they’re paying for it.

I Watched An Interview

Some months ago between a British journalist and an Iranian official. I remember being struck by a comment the Iranian made, quite matter of factly, that Iran is no longer afraid of Israel. It has always been Israel’s trump card to keep its enemies terrified of what it could do to them. The Iranian made it clear they are sure they could do to Israel what Israel says it could do to them, and Iran no longer fears the Zionist nation. Whether Iran has that capability I have no idea. I guess Bibi and his insane right-wing cabal are going to test it and see if it’s true. Bearcat must be breathless in anticipation,
