Biden's Combative Interview With Lester Holt

Interesting and very telling interview of Biden. Obvious when Biden said we needed to tone down the political rhetoric, what he meant was only for Republicans to turn it down. His and the Democrat rhetoric is just fine and has nothing to do with the violence we see from the left. As usual for the left the refuse to admit they are a big part of the problem and only see Trump and his voters as the problem. SMFH

Someone I know whose son is former special forces and also has a retired USSS family member, their critique of security

They said the protection was a complete clown show. Said training must have really changed. Use to be the agents had to be 2-3 inches taller than who they were protecting in order to cover their entire body and especially the head while standing. He said one agent knew this was a problem and why he had his hand above Trump's head. Said that protocol use to be to surround the President immediately, and immediately get him to the bullet proof vehicle, get to safe cover ASAP. Lucky someone in the crowd that was close to the stage did not have an AR and could have walked up and killed them all as they laid in a rugby like scrum. They were all exposed at that point.

The fact they were so short may have caused them to jump on him like he did. He said they were sitting ducks once they jumped on him, and rounds can go thru one person and kill another person even from the distance the sniper was shooting from. Said the women agents were horrible. They were short and fat, the one completely clueless asking what to do, could not holster the gun and last one to react. He said none of those women agents could have taken Trump to the vehicle (not able to go on his own) if they were the only one left. Too out of shape, fat, and short.

As for the USSS sniper, the video shows the sniper backing away from the scope, and then back to the scope and firing. He said they train you, your instinct is to do that, but you lose time doing that. Said poorly trained to not stay on the scope and acquire target.

He said the ones that looked like they had a clue were the ones that got on the stage with their helmets, and looking for further threats in crowd and projecting force.

So disgusted with how the shooter was even in that position did not want to discuss, complete and total failure. Unbelievable failure.

Said the field agents in the FBI and USSS love Trump. The problem is in the upper leadership tiers. Said agents get on to something, spend weeks on it, and then get pulled off.

For whatever all that is worth...

The Left Has Sold Out to Evil

The Left Has Sold Out to Evil

By Ted Noel

Democrat mega-donor Reid Hoffman’s top political advisor, Dmitri Mehlhorn, demonstrates the utter depravity of the Left. And it’s not just today’s Left. It goes back to the days of the Revolution. Before I get into that, I must put Mehlhorn front and center.

Donald Trump was shot at 6:11 PM. The shooter continued firing, killing one, and critically wounding two others before he was terminated with extreme prejudice. In the words of the ghost of Hamlet’s father, his act was “Murder most foul.” At 7:34 PM, Mehlhorn sent an email to various journalists.

Mehlhorn wrote that one “possibility -- which feels horrific and alien and absurd in America, but is quite common globally -- is that this ‘shooting’ was encouraged and maybe even staged so Trump could get the photos and benefit from the backlash. This is a classic Russian tactic, such as when Putin killed 300 civilians in 1999 and blamed it on terrorists to ride the backlash to winning power. Others who have embraced this tactic of committing raw evil and then benefitting from the backlash include Hamas on October 7. If any Trump officials encouraged or knew of this attack, that is morally horrific, and Republicans of decency must demand that Trump step down as unfit.” (emphasis added)

nq5jhgbgheyq4jv4jshg_640.jpg

Mehlhorn went on.

I know I am prone to bias on this, but this is a classic Putin play and given the facts seems more plausible. Look at the actual shot. Look at the staging. Look at how ready Trump is to rally; this pampered baby shit his pants when an eagle lunged at his food. Look at how quickly Trump protects himself at the expense of others, but showed few of those lifelong instincts in this moment. And consider how often Putin and his allies run this play. (emphasis added)
This should tell us all we need to know about the Left. They are sold out to evil. Their first reaction is to blame Trump rather than the evildoer, the shooter. Even though Mehlhorn claimed to be speaking from “the facts,” it’s obvious from his admission of bias that it was an emotional response. I can’t even credit it with being an “assessment.” It reveals the depth of his ignorance about guns and his utter disregard for the lives of those who were killed and seriously wounded.

Let’s look at some facts. First, the shooter used an AR15 that his father purchased over a decade ago. We don’t know any details, but a good AR15 can shoot “minute of angle” groups. Anyone shopping for rifles will see that language in the advertising. It means that three shots fired from a cold barrel by a good marksman at one hundred yards will be no more than one inch apart. Very shortly after the event, the Secret Service reported that the shots were fired from 150 yards, meaning that the group would be an inch and a half across.

Now, suppose that a good shooter attempted to “wing” Trump at that distance. If the shot had been three-quarters of an inch to the shooter’s right, Trump would be dead. The same distance left, and there would not be a mark on him. By the way, Trump was moving around, so even that inch and a half is much larger. Even snipers would have great difficulty making such a calculated non-fatal shot in those conditions. The “facts” are totally against Mehlhorn. He threw that language in to give his press buddies talking points to slander Trump. By the time he semi-retracted this, we knew that the shooter was kicked off his high school shooting team because he was such a bad shot.

Mehlhorn is so consumed by evil that he can’t even pause to reflect before spewing hate. Even Sleepy Joe’s first comment was that he wasn’t going to make any detailed comment until he had further information. He actually got something right.

At about 2:40 PM, the next day, after Mehlhorn’s political buddy Reid Hoffman made a pro forma “political violence is verboten” statement, Mehlhorn finally semi-retracted his first statement.

Last night, I sent an email I now regret. It was drafted and sent without consultation from team members or allies. I have apologized to them directly. I also want to apologize publicly, without reservation, for allowing my words to distract from last night’s central fact: political violence took yet another innocent American life last night. We must unite in condemnation of such violence in every instance, without reservation... Again, I apologize, and wish I had reacted as thoughtfully as Reid Hoffman this morning. (emphasis added)
Let’s translate this. We got together and decided that what I said didn’t look good. We must make a politically correct semi-retraction so that the media can forget what I said and put it behind us. My BFF Reid Hoffman put one out (at 12:44), so I will, too.

During the Revolutionary era, there was a strong sentiment on our side of the pond that we should be more like the French. Even Thomas Jefferson was somewhat taken in by the French revolutionary movement (the actual revolution started in 1789).

By the time of Washington’s administration (1789-1797), there were active protests outside his residence calling for him to be guillotined. Aaron Burr, a devoted Leftist, managed to get a major New York statute passed without anyone reading it and used the resulting bank as his personal slush fund to try to steal the 1800 election using the same methods Democrats used in 2020. And there hasn’t ever been an honest election in New York City.

This evil has always been with us. The current evolution of it is being exposed by citizen reportage. That’s why the Left is so obsessed with “disinformation” or “misinformation.” As long as we can take charge of information, we have the tools to overcome the brute force of the Left. And we cannot give them the benefit of any doubt. They would like to be the Borg, so that we will be assimilated and they will be supreme. No free thinking or free life is to be tolerated.

Left-wingers killed Presidents McKinley and Lincoln. JFK was likely a victim of the Left-wing Deep State. The assailants of Garfield, Jackson, Ford, and Reagan were mentally disturbed. At present, we don’t know much about this shooter. But one thing is clear. The Secret Service has been infected with the Leftist woke virus, where identity is more important than competence. That’s almost certainly how that rooftop and ladder were available to the shooter. The Left’s response is at most pro forma and will shortly be followed with a resumption of violent rhetoric and actions to encourage its physical manifestations.

The real regret of the Left is that the shooter missed and that his misses only killed one and critically wounded two other Trump supporters. The only question is whether enough of us are willing to see clearly and act to restore freedom to America.

Grandson and pals are still shocked Joe is among the political world's lowest hanging fruit ever. Pubs pray this stiff hangs on til Election Day. The former Democrat Party prays Joe and Kasavubu drop dead.

Academic Presidential Rankings

Academic Presidential Rankings

By Ben Voth

Professors Brandon Rottinghaus, of the University of Houston and Justin S. Vaughn, of Coastal Carolina University curated a 2024 presidential ranking poll among academic historians. Their survey was used as evidence by President Biden in the recent debate that he is among the best U.S. Presidents and President Trump is definitely the worst president ever -- according to academic experts. 154 professors responded to their query among over 500 solicited. The survey is indicative of the long ideological project such endeavors represent since their inception with Arthur Schlesinger and his son as a John F. Kennedy speechwriter. These projects have a consistent goal of reifying Democratic Presidents and deconstructing Republican Presidents. They play an important role in overinflating Democratic Presidents as if they are political demigods. This century-long academic misrepresentation contributes to the rhetorical implosion of the Biden Presidency today.

The important novel contribution of the most recent presidential ranking survey is that Franklin Delano Roosevelt is elevated to the second greatest President of all time behind Abraham Lincoln. Donald Trump is awarded a score of 10.92 on a 100-point scale. By comparison, Joe Biden receives a 62.66 score and FDR at 90.83. Biden is according to 154 professors the 14th best president among more than 45 U.S. Presidents. Obama has a score of 73.8 and has moved up nine slots since he was first rated during his presidency in 2015 -- he is ranked the number seven president of all time. Only six modern presidents (in the past 100 years) make the top ten and all but Eisenhower are Democrats. The survey reports that Calvin Coolidge has fallen seven positions since 2014 from 27 to 34. Coolidge was Ronald Reagan’s favorite President. Ronald Reagan is ranked number sixteen -- two spots behind the incredible Joe Biden. Democrat Woodrow Wilson is nestled between the two Presidents at #15. The study curators explain: “partisanship and ideology don’t tend to make a major difference overall.” Among the professors, this ideological breakdown is provided:

  • Democrats – 95
  • Republicans – 15
  • Independents/Others – 44
  • Liberals – 98
  • Conservatives – 20
  • Moderates – 36
So conservatives and Republicans comprise 35 of the respondents. This makes them 11% of the sample. The Democrat/Liberal cohort is almost seven times as large. Their ideological rankings are listed separately and the conservative cohort make few major distinctions compared to the larger cohort. Their relatively similar rankings of Presidents speaks to the disciplinary power of academia. To be a credible academic is to favor Democratic Presidential candidates and elected figures. Democratic Presidents are heroic and bending the arc of history toward justice. Republican Presidents are repudiating that progress and taking the American nation backwards. Modern Republican Presidential candidates are a synthesis of Naziism and the KKK. This is the normative expectation expected among doctorate holders. It is why in recent elections 98% of political donations by professors go to the Democratic Party. FDR’s incredible placement as the second-best President of all time is illuminating as to the larger ideology at work in presidential history studies. Roosevelt was elected four times to the Presidency and died as President. There is no reason to believe that Roosevelt would have ever willingly stepped down from election. It is undoubtedly an important reason that the 22nd Amendment was added to our Constitution. One of the most important virtues of George Washington was his decision to not seek re-election or to continue as essentially a lifelong King of America. Historians repudiate that good character by reifying FDR. FDR nominated infamous KKK member Hugo Black to the Supreme Court and refused to meet with Olympic hero Jesse Owens at the White House. His anti-black racism is well understood by historians and it is genealogically connected to another reified Democratic President -- Woodrow Wilson -- who as a professor and President of Princeton University did not believe black people were fit to attend major universities. Wilson’s atrocious academic accolades for the KKK were included in the 1915 movie blockbuster Birth of a Nation. In 1920, FDR was part of the Democratic ticket that demonized Warren Harding for ‘not being white.’ A major academic professor and presidential historian, William Estabrook Chancellor, fabricated a genealogy placing a black grandmother in the family tree of Harding and even wrote a book explaining how that disqualified him to be President in 1920. Chancellor believed that blacks should be without equality and that “ambitious blacks should be lynched.” Chancellor stated that he believed the election of Harding would lead to a Negro uprising and overthrow of America. The American public rejected that anti-black racism and elected Harding and Coolidge in an overwhelming landslide. Academics who conspired against Harding and Coolidge continue to demonize both Presidents. As recently as 1964, the university paper where Chancellor worked lauded the efforts of the professor. The New York Times felt compelled to report in 2015 that they had proven conclusively that Harding was not black -- something Harding did not deny as a possibility. Moreover, Harding and Coolidge campaigned for black candidates and strenuously supported the equal rights of blacks throughout the nation -- including a very confrontational speech at Birmingham, Alabama in 1921.

These problems may seem mere partisan bickering. It is much more and fundamental to most of the nation’s political angst. President Biden has been protected as a ‘great’ President since he was elected -- even though his deficiencies were obvious to the public. President Obama was given a Nobel Peace Prize as soon as he became President. Beyond the partisan favoritism, historians reify the powerful presidents who abuse the inherent humility of the office. Presidents are ideally near-despots in the models of Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Roosevelt. Wilson jailed a political opponent in 1918 utilizing the freshly minted powers of the Espionage Act. Eugene V. Debs campaigned from prison in 1920 and got nearly one million votes. A president who believes other citizens should take up the task -- as Coolidge argued in 1927 -- are dismissed as poor Presidential specimens. Wilson’s expanded view of the Presidency, expounded in his political science scholarship as a professor, was vastly increased in the endless Presidency of Franklin Roosevelt. The American public believes that everything is at stake in Presidential elections and no sacrifice is too great in order to bring to power the one critical figure of American governance -- the Bully Pulpit President. The public and the experts need to reign in this false view of the Presidency if we are to reduce the partisan wars that increase with every election cycle.

Trent Howland Impact This Season

What should we expect from Howland? If this were a fantasy football situation, would an Ollie Gordon owner have to worry about Howland being a “vulture” for goal line carries and TDs?

The 24/7 site reported a player told them during Big 12 media days that Howland is “100% running over everyone.” Not surprising given he’s listed at 6’3, 240 lbs.

I hope we’re a punishing team on the ground this season.

Damn Those Freaking Palestinian Muslims … Er, Palestinian Christians

Who cares, they’re Palestinians and the Zionists say they have to go, so they have to go. This land is Zionist land!

Martyr, no

Martyr, no

By Earick Ward

Following the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump, on Anderson Cooper’s show, David Axelrod lamented that Donald Trump would be greeted at the RNC Convention (starting this week) as a martyr.

To this I say, no! Emphatically.

Donald Trump will be greeted as a warrior general.

There’s a story of folklore surrounding George Washington at the Battle of Monongahela on July 9th, 1755, in the French and Indian War, summarized below:

The Indians were given very specific instructions — shoot the officers first and anyone on a horse. While officers and men around him were being shot down, Washington rode forward to take command of the remaining forces. During the battle, he had two horses shot out from under him….

Of the 86 officers, 26 were killed and 37 wounded. The mounted officers fared even worse, Washington was the only survivor.
Washington reportedly wrote the following words to his family post-battle:

‘But, by the all-powerful dispensations of Providence, I have been protected beyond all human probability or expectation; for I had four bullets through my coat, and two horses shot under me, yet escaped unhurt, although death was leveling my companions on every side of me!’

This chronicle of events is corroborated by the Mount Vernon non-profit organization.

And, here’s this alleged account, from an Indian chief who had warred against Washingont on that fateful day:

‘I am a chief and ruler over my tribes. My influence extends to the waters of the great lakes and to the far blue mountains. . It was on the day when the white man’s blood mixed with the streams of our forest that I first beheld this chief [Washington]. I called to my young men and said, mark yon tall and daring warrior? He is not of the red-coat tribe--he hath an Indian’s wisdom, and his warriors fight as we do--himself is alone exposed. Quick, let your aim be certain, and he dies. Our rifles were leveled, rifles which, but for you, knew not how to miss–‘twas all in vain, a power mightier far than we, shielded you. Seeing you were under the special guardship of the Great Spirit, we immediately ceased to fire at you. . The Great Spirit protects that man [pointing at Washington], and guides his destinies--he will become the chief of nations, and a people yet unborn will hail him as the founder of a mighty empire. I am come to pay homage to the man who is the particular favorite of Heaven, and who can never die in battle.’

It has been reported that a bullet grazed President Trump’s ear, as he was providentially turning to view a monitor. I’ve seen other reports that showed what looked like a bullet-hole in his jacket, though this is unconfirmed.

As others have written, the character of a man is exposed when he is tested. Donald Trump has seen many battles since he rode down that golden escalator. Mere men would have hung it all up and returned to his lovely wife, his children, grandchildren, his business empire, and his golf courses. No battle is/was more testing than taking a bullet for his love of country.

Donald Trump raised his fist and told his followers to fight! If he’s willing to get back on his horse, ride out front and take the barrage of flak, we owe it to him to help him secure victory — for God and Country.

World’s Most Populous Nation Has Put Solar Out To Pasture. Other Countries Should Follow Suit

"But the Dharnai system would end up on the long list of grand solar failures.

“As soon as we got solar power connections, there were also warnings to not use high power electrical appliances like television, refrigerator, motor and others,” said a villager. “These conditions are not there if you use thermal power. Then what is the use of such a power? The solar energy tariff was also higher compared to thermal power.”

A village shopkeeper said: “But after three years, the batteries were exhausted and it was never repaired. … No one uses solar power anymore here.” Hopefully, the solar panels will last longer as shelter for cows.

Eventually, the village was connected to the main grid, which provided fully reliable coal-powered electricity at a third of the price of the solar power."

Hahahahahaha.....nuclear is the only real solution.

In The Meantime, Back In Israel

Things may not be going as well as expected. We know Netanyahu & Company have adopted Bearcat’s strategy of killing as many Palestinians as it takes. Have they given any thought as to how many Israelis it takes?

NS - Think About This For A Moment

I know this thread eventually migrates to the political board. If so then ok. This one comes from the heart but it probably chaps some serious ass.

I watched things unfold yesterday, saw press coverage on all media outlets trying to place blame, talking heads telling us what went wrong with protection, and who did not do what. I saw comments trying to glean political gain, spin media propaganda, and add even more to the pile of hate rhetoric. Because that is just a continuation of what has gone on for multiple years.

Simple truth, today one family is without a father, and another is without a son. No more holidays with loved ones, no more potential of seeing children or grandchildren take first steps. no more laughs, no more hugs, no more of what is important in life. Just lonely, horrible grief to face.

Think about that one for a moment. Are you tired of this situation? Then we can fix it by starting with ourselves.
