Texas HS playoffs right now: In case anyone cares (and I doubt you do)...

Southlake Carroll is drilling Allen 34-14 at halftime. Allen scored on its first play from scrimmage and on the near the end of the first half and did zilch in between.

Owen Allen, the junior running back for SC, has nearly 100 yards rushing in the first half and three TDs.

I don't know why (he's a 5-10 white kid?), but the kid doesn't have that many bigtime offers. But he's a warrior. Over 2,000 yards for the season now with 32 TDs.

Biden With Another Huge Miss

Economist expected 550K jobs but as usual the Biden Administration fails miserably with only 210K. Leftist will applaud the unemployment rate while ignoring the fact Biden's handler's policies continue to fail. Let's face it Biden is not in charge of anything.

Of all of our big losses

This one hurts me the most. Baylor tried with all their might to give us that game in the second half, the d played lights out and you had the chance you wanted with 1st and goal on the 2

But that's not even the real reason for me

This team seemed to have so much love for one another and unity and pride and love for OSU and left everything on the field every game. Made me love this team for their heart and grit and it kills me that they came this close only to trip up at the end.

That d especially deserved a big 12 title and a cfp opportunity. Kills my heart that they don't get their just dues now.

Let’s Get Healthy

And have a great bowl game. I’m as disappointed with the results and not capitalized on a rare opportunity but these guys did not give up anytime and no matter how much we were down and how much time on the clock you felt there was a chance.

Hats off to Baylor they came out swinging and held on for dear life to save the win.

We overcame a lot of obstacles to even be in the position to play for a Big 12 Championship.

Stay classy with our payers and coaches as no one feels more disappointed than they do.

The Offense

I know I beat this horse into oblivion but there just aren’t many positives on that side of the ball. I can’t think of one spot that is somewhat bright. Warren had a good yearb but the rest of the RB room just seems like guys. Non of the Oline impress me. The receivers are ok. Drop a lot of balls. Bray will be good and Presley is hot and cold. Bottom line is i feel like we have some dynamic guys who don’t really show up on the field. Nothing is crisp, no great execution. Something needs to change on that side of the ball because it is trending the wrong way year after year…

All our weaknesses

were exposed by Baylor. We've done a good job of working around them this year but today

(1) Mediocre offensive line. Absolutely got their ass handed to them

(2) Quarterback play. Four interceptions. Bad Spencer was in the house Terrible throws + terrible decision making = very limited offense

(3) I & 2 = no red zone offense. Five first and goals turned in one touchdown, three field goals and one game ending zero.

(4) Cornerbacks struggled to cover one on one. The 2nd and goal from the 21 for their third touchdown as the back breaker. Converted two straight pass. Pass interference gave them the second touchdown.
