Yup, the RTC is a must. And we also need to start using the transfer portal. And not just because of coaching/administration issues. Geer was because of a coaching change. Same with Caldwell & Mocco. Boone had an issue with PSU's administration over Covid masks.

Every top program brings in impact guys...

PSU brought in Kerkvliet & Dean. They went after Suriano & Wick. Some of their transfers even had no impact, guys like Drew Hildebrandt, Kyle Conel & Jered Cortez. But they were either a previous AA or a top recruit.

Iowa brought in Lugo, DeSanto, Eierman, Woods & Teske.

OhioSt brought in McKenna. And when Kerkvliet bailed on them, they pivoted to Orndorff within months. When Kerkvliet bailed on us, we took a shot at Streck and then did nothing. So we were forced to wrestle an undersized Harris & Surber for years.

OU has 6 transfers in their lineup. They accounted for 4 of their 5 wins today. Their transfers went 4-2 and their HS recruits went 1-3.
