Hoax. The mug shot from that story was found in another story that happened years ago.
Just think about how long it would take to bury a human who was trying to hide from the police.

I don't think anyone was claiming that was a mug shot and yes it was a pic from an English tabloid a few years ago.
Thus, the question: Are You Shi**ing Me? as to whether or not this really happened. I think signs point to hoax, but I couldn't find confirmation one way or the other when I posted.
