Sanders would not be good at all for Russian (Putin) interests globally. Sanders is a strong supporter of isolating Putin's Russia, both politically and economically. Sanders would also strengthen the international relations with our allies that Trump has weakened, which again, would not be helpful at all to Putin.
Sanders is more ideologically aligned with Putin's Russia than any major candidate in US history. "Simple" is the kindest adjective I could attach to your geo-political "analysis".

As Sanders has noted, Putin is an anti-democratic authoritarian. That goes against everything Sanders stands for and represents. Trump on the other hand clearly has authoritarian tendencies (he seems to respect authoritarian dictators).
Putin is essentially a fascist. And Sanders is not ideologically aligned with fascism.
