Wifey and I went to Gretna’s Friday night game, it was a lot of fun but we left at half. Gretna and Zane Flores looked OK at halftime (dropped passes and some overthrows), maybe ahead by four points at half, but the second half was wild. Gretna scored 3 late TDs to win 40-37 and Flores was the hero.

We showed up wearing our orange and a few people in the crowd were from Oklahoma as well and visited with us. Guy sitting next to me had a Notre Dame jacket on. I asked him why he wasn’t wearing his Fiesta Bowl T-shirt like I was? He grinned said yep, we’re still trying to forget that one.
