I have little doubt this spending is all tied to people that donated to Democrat's campaigns. Democrats spending tax payer dollars to pay back those who donate to their campaigns.

If you can't find somewhere to cut, then cut it all. Then you'll figure out pretty quick what was essential and what wasn't.

A good start would be to cut out the lazy Federal Employees or at least make them do some work to earn what they make. State Employees as well.
