I listened to the Temptations featuring Dan DiAngelo do 2 songs in stereo on 60s Gold in my wife's Jeep in my trial run. Looks as if I'll have to become a loyal paying subscriber again. Fox Business on ch 113 ain't bad either.

Eleanor Rigby was cut in monophonic as most all Beatle songs were. Most all songs of the 60s and 50s Gold era were mono. I find some joy in listening to the few which were cut in stereo. ch 76 is the Elvis channel. An Elvis tune I've never heard I listened to in stereo on ch 76.Tired of hearing The Beatles song Eleanor Rigby In monophonic on Sirius XM. It kills the song and really pisses me off to think I’m paying for that.
WACO AM and KOMA AM in OKC were CQUAM stereo for about 10 minutes. They sounded good.
WKY was the first AM radio station west of the Mississippi River. FCC made the rule later that radio station call signs west of the Mississippi must begin with K. The few stations west of the Mississippi that begin with W such as WKY, WEW St. Louis, WDBQ Dubuque, WMT Waterloo, WOAI Des Moines, and a handful of others were allowed to keep their call signs.I used to go to sleep in jr. high listening to WKY & KOMA AM radio on a transistor. Didn't even know what stereo was. WKY was the only media station west of the Mississippi that began with a "W". All others began with a "K". Later in life I became friends with a couple of the Gaylord kids in HS. Learned a lot about media & publishing from them.
Also got the real inside story to the "Foreman Scotty" show that aired after school with an audience of kids & an ongoing live "auction" story line.
