WrestleStats Ranking History pages available

Got the ranking history pages implemented last night.

a) For Wrestlers, you need to be on the profile page, there will be a link on the left called "Ranking History" (this is not available on mobile phones)
b) For Teams, you can be on any "team" page in order for it to show up on the left (this is not available on mobile phones)

Also, I added the ability to be able to "Add Wrestlers" to teams so I'll be able to get rosters updated as issues come about. This is only available to me, so please send me any roster discrepancies that you may find and I'll get them added fairly quickly.

Wow, something obviously went wrong with the team rankings as I was adding all of the ranking history stuff. I'll try to get it fixed tonight.
