WrestleStat Big 12 TourneyPool is ready

I went ahead and set the PreSeeds based on rankings to allow users the ability to get their picks in. Once seeds are released I'll make the necessary changes. If anyones picks go over the 1000 point maximum as a result of the seeds changing, then an email will get automatically generated notifying that user.
