Read about the media programming in Rwanda before all the killings. "Cockroaches" was the baseline messaging for the other tribe on the constant radio messaging and.... it took. They dehumanized, taught them how to think, made some real populist arguments and pretty soon a minority of the population defined the entire shitaree because they were so motivated from the messaging that their influence was outsized. They're not smart enough to pull it off in this country, but you can see how it unfolds. In this country, it was an Aussie that did it.
